Recommendations

Apex Capital is committed to thoroughly understanding the needs of its clients and their context to recommend the most appropriate and tailored investment solutions. It is crucial for Apex Capital clients to familiarize themselves with the general conditions before any commitment and to ensure that Apex Capital’s recommendations align with their objectives, as well as their patrimonial, fiscal, and family context.

It is important to note that investments in instruments offered by Apex Capital, such as SICAV, FCP, FCPI, ETFs, Management Mandates, Structured Products, SCPI/OPCI, and all other financial assets, do not guarantee financial returns, whether in terms of income, capital, or performance; and that the value of shares in these investment vehicles can fluctuate upwards or downwards depending on market conditions and other risks inherent to the selected asset classes. Past performance does not predict future performance. The recommended minimum investment duration in certain assets is much longer than that of a risk-free investment. There is no high performance without high risk.

Apex Capital cannot be held responsible for financial, legal, and fiscal repercussions arising from subscribing to investments presented on the apexcapital.fr site.

On a financial level, users and clients retain full authority and assume responsibility for their investment and management choices (such as contributions, selection of financial instruments), bearing all associated financial risks. Regarding legal and fiscal aspects: it is entirely up to clients to manage the implications of the terms outlined in subscription bulletins, bearing full responsibility for legal and fiscal risks in case of incorrect formulations.
